Cookie policy

Which cookies and browser storage this website uses, what each one does, and how you choose. Nothing optional loads until you say yes.

Part 1

What cookies and local storage are

Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. Local storage is a similar store in your browser that a site can read again later. Both can remember a choice you made, or help count visits.

Some are set by us. Others are set by services we use, such as Wix and Google, which are called third parties.

Part 2

How your choice works

On your first visit, a banner asks you to choose:

  • “Accept all”

Allows analytics: Wix Analytics and, if we add it later, Google Analytics 4.

  • “Necessary only”

Keeps only your consent choice. No analytics scripts load.

Until you choose “Accept all”, no analytics scripts load. If we add Google Analytics 4, it will use Google Consent Mode v2 with every consent type set to “denied” by default, and only “Accept all” will change that. We do not use advertising cookies on this website.

The website works fully either way.

Part 3

What we use, and when

  • Your cookie choice

    Always on

We save your choice in your browser’s local storage under the name phr_consent, so that we do not ask again on every page. It holds your choice only, not who you are. With “Necessary only”, it is the only thing we store.

  • Wix Analytics

    Accept all only

Our website host’s statistics. It counts visits and pages, and shows which pages are useful and how people find us, using cookies such as svSession, wixSession and bSession. Our team sees these statistics in Wix and in a private dashboard that reads this Wix data. Nothing in it is sold or shared for marketing.

  • Google Analytics 4 (optional)

    Accept all only

We may add Google Analytics 4 later to understand visits better. If we do, it will load only after “Accept all” and use the cookies _ga and _ga_*. Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses, and we will keep its data for at most 14 months.

  • YouTube videos

    When you press play

A video plays inside our page from youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, only after you press play. YouTube (Google) may then store data in your browser to play the video and count views. If a video opens on youtube.com instead, YouTube’s own cookies apply there.

  • WhatsApp

    When you click

WhatsApp links open WhatsApp (Meta) in a new tab or in the app, only when you click them. Nothing from WhatsApp loads on our pages before that.

  • Fonts

    No cookies

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google to fetch them, as it does for any web font. Google Fonts sets no cookies. Video preview images come from our own website, so nothing reaches YouTube until you press play.

Our website host may also use short technical cookies that are strictly needed to deliver pages and forms securely. They are not used for analytics, and they do not follow you to other websites.

Part 5

How to change your choice

  • Cookie settings

Choose “Cookie settings” at the foot of any page to open the banner again and make a new choice. It replaces your earlier one.

  • Switching to “Necessary only”

Analytics stop loading. Cookies they have already set may stay in your browser until they expire, and you can delete them in your browser settings.

  • Clearing site data

If you clear this site’s cookies and site data in your browser, your choice is deleted too, and the banner asks you again on your next visit. In a private or incognito window, your choice is forgotten when you close the window.

  • Browser controls

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also stop Google Analytics on every website with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
