Our work

Roads first

We fix roads with citizens and companies, make them safe by design, and build them from plastic waste.

01 · Fix

40,000+ potholes fixed, and counting

You report a pothole on WhatsApp. Our crews fix it, often with company volunteers.

02 · Make safe

Safe by design, not by luck

We find out why a street hurts people, then test the fix before anything is built.

  • 20 school zones made safe with Mercedes-Benz
  • Junctions redesigned and tested in traffic simulation
  • Model roads with ABB, Goodyear and Hyundai

03 · Build from waste

Plastic waste becomes roads

GridMats®, invented by Dr Prathap B, turn recycled plastic into roads and yards.

  • Indian patent 398992; tested at IIT Hyderabad and MSRIT
  • 140 t of plastic waste managed in one year, certified
  • Half the climate impact of virgin plastic
  • Ecoworld to the Outer Ring Road, Bengaluru, 2022
  • Cool Streets: beating urban heat, below

Certified by Climate Collective Foundation (FY 2022–23); life-cycle analysis by Smarter Dharma. Product details: gridmats.com.

04 · Beat the heat

Cool Streets

Asphalt and concrete soak up the sun all day and give the heat back at night. We cool the places where people wait, walk and learn, and measure the difference.

Our Cool Green Wall at Godrej Design Lab’s Conscious Collective, Mumbai, December 2025: 2,048 sq ft of plants on recycled-plastic panels, with 30 sensors and 48 misting points. Readings are from the wall’s own sensors; we measure every new site afresh.

What we build

  • Cool bus stops

Shade, green walls and mist where people wait in the sun.

    New
  • Cool schools

Cooler classroom walls and playgrounds, with live readings for students.

  • Cool green walls

Plants on recycled-plastic panels, misted by sensors.

  • Heat monitoring

IoT sensors and a live map of hot spots on roads and streets.

    Pilot
  • Reflective roads

Coatings that bounce sunlight back, so the road stays cooler.

    New
  • Permeable roads

GridMats let rain soak in and grass grow, unlike sealed asphalt and concrete.

For CSR and impact

  • Environment and climate: cooler, greener public places
  • Measured before and after: heat, humidity, air and noise
  • Plastic waste reused in every panel, logged in kilograms
  • People served: students, commuters and residents
  • SDG 3, 11 and 13; BRSR-ready data

Budgets and minimum scale

We work only at a scale that shows impact: from ₹25 lakh per programme, and from ₹5 lakh for advice or an impact study. Road repairs start at one 2 km stretch or 1,000 m². No single potholes or stand-alone signboards.

Budgets are indicative and fixed after scoping. Confirm CSR eligibility for each project with your CSR advisor.

How we work

One road from idea to audit

  1. Research

    Lab and field tests

  2. Design

    AI risk maps, simulations

  3. Build

    Crews, employees, students

  4. Track

    Before and after, on record

  5. Scale

    Proven models, more cities

We don’t do government liaison: you secure the permissions with the city, and we work alongside you with designs, data and documents.
